Rich Ahlers is internationally certified by the World Moo Duk Kwan® through the United States Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation® as a certified instructor of the Soo Bahk Do® martial art system.

Rich enrolled in the Moo Duk Kwan 1985 in Madison, CT. He has competed locally and nationally since he was a child, winning several competitions in traditional forms and sparring.

Instructor Rich Ahlers has been teaching for over 10 years, including 6 years in Springfield, NJ. the headquarters of the Moo Duk Kwan Federation. He trains frequently under the Grandmaster H.C. Hwang (Moo Duk Kwan HQ) and Master H.Y. Kwon (Manhasset, NY) as well as in Seoul, Korea HQ. In addition to his training in Soo Bahk Do, Rich has experience and holds ranks in various martial arts including Aikido, Jeet Kune Do, Kyokushin, and the former Tang Soo Do.
